About LGBT LIFE CENTER: For almost 25 years, LGBT Life Center has been providing programs and services to individuals and families impacted by HIV/AIDS in Hampton Roads. Our goal is to promote the dignity and wellness of adults, families, youth and children affected by HIV/AIDS. Primary services include HIV medical case management, medication assistance, transportation services, permanent supportive housing and HIV prevention through education and testing.

About International Black Women’s Congress (IBWC): IBWC founded in 1983, is a non-profit community based organization.  During the height of the HIV/AIDS crisis in the Hampton Roads area, IBWC embarked on its goal to find African American women and children who were HIV positive and not receiving medical care.  Today, we serve the multi-racial population in the Hampton Roads area who are both HIV positive and HIV negative by providing FREE HIV and Syphilis testing, FREE Condoms and Lubricants, Literature distribution, Case management, HIV/AIDS/PrEP Education, and more.

 

For Bridges 757, IBWC offers: HIV counselling and testing and linkage to care, Personal Cognitive Counselling, Rewriting Inner Scripts, condom distribution, linkage to STI testing, and Comprehensive Risk Intervention.

 

For Project PrIDE, IBWC offers: patient navigation services, PrEP education and enrollment services, service navigation for HIV Negative MSM of color, nPEP referrals, PrEP linkage and support services

About Minority AIDS Support Services, Inc. (MASS): MASS is a community-based service organization providing health care support to disadvantaged persons.  MASS is operated by African-American executive management and direct services staff members serving predominately African-American and minority clients.

 

For Bridges 757, MASS offers:  Test & Give Project (T.A.G.), 4th Generation testing and phlebotomy, the CLEAR intervention, and navigation services.

 

For Project PrIDE, MASS offers: PrEP referrals and peer counseling services.
